Term is 7 months
Location - Vancouver
Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the Purchasing Team Lead, the PO Business Analyst
will facilitate and conduct system design, configuration, business
process
definition, and testing activities, for the FSCM 9 upgrade project.
Specific
tasks will include: developing functional specifications for
customizations,
preparing for and leading design workshops, documentation, managing work
of
assigned client resources and providing functional expertise and
knowledge
transfer to client resources. This is a hands-on functional role.
Mandatory:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- participation on prior PeopleSoft upgrade projects for Purchasing
module
- strong functional understanding of PeopleSoft Purchasing (v9 preferred,
v8.9 mandatory) including all of the following: PO, Reqs, RFQs,
Contracts,
item catalogue, commitment control, item loader, receiving, match rules,
Pcards,
- strong consulting skills (e.g. scope management, adaptability, client
relations, etc)
- completed at least 2 Purchasing implementation or upgrade projects (all
phases, from analysis to implementation) in a business analyst role
Preferred:
- PeopleSoft project experience with public sector clients
- PeopleSoft experience with large clients +20000 employees
- experience on prior FSCM/Purchasing upgrade projects to v8.9 or v9
